In this journal article researchers present a velocity profile of the tidal flow in a tidal wetland with free-surface. They determine the effective environmental dispersivity under the effect of sorption by concentration moments method. They analyze the effects of dimensionless parameters on the oscillatory velocity and effective environmental dispersivity.
