A couple of NOAA Hollings Scholars spent their summer at the NCCOS laboratory in Charleston, South Carolina researching the effects of oil spill dispersants on estuarine shrimp. They compared dispersant toxicity under different salinities, and investigated dispersant effects on shrimp development.
