To Spread, Skin Cancer Attacks Immune Dendritic Cells
Description: Dendritic cells are sentinels of the immune system that signal t-cells to attack a detected pathogen in the body. New research shows that one of the most common types of skin cancer can apparently disable healthy dendritic cells.
