Date: 04/08/14 7:00 PM ET / 4:00 PM PT - 04/08/14 8:00 PM ET / 5:00 PM PT
Location: Online

There are many challenges when seeking a graduate program, including the timeline for application, choosing an advisor, and finding funding to support your education.

In this webinar, presenters from the Institute for Broadening Participation (IBP) will walk participants through a timeline for applying to and paying for graduate school, and will share invaluable tips for finding the right program. An overview of the different types of funding as well as strategies for applying to graduate programs are covered. Each webinar features guest speakers who have gone through the graduate school application process to offer their own experiences and tricks for navigating the sometimes-murky waters of graduate school.

This webinar is open to the public. Undergraduates considering attending graduate school are strongly encouraged to attend.
