Billy Spitzer Honored as Champion of Change - 03.20.2014

Congratulations to COSEE's own Billy Spitzer, one of 14 people honored at the White House yesterday as a Champion of Change for their efforts to engage communities and youth in environmental stewardship and conservation, and encouraging a new generation of leaders to play, learn, serve, and work outdoors.
