My interests cover a wide range of topics including: biological-physical
interactions, fisheries science, and ecosystem health and sustainability. My graduate research focused on the influence
of abiotic factors (temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen) on the population structure and diet of sand shrimp in
three Maine estuaries. I have recently extended my efforts outside of the research realm and into education and outreach.
