I use remote sensing data in conjunction with modeling and in situ data to understand how climate
change impacts the biology and biogeochemistry of the Arabian Sea. I also investigate the consequences of ultraviolet
light on phytoplankton photosynthesis. For another project, my group strives to understand how climate change will
impact the optical properties of the Bering Sea.
